On October 14, the project "Business Clinic: Improving HR Management Skills" was launched, organized by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in cooperation with Maslahatly Chozgut. The program was opened by Eric Livny, Head of the EBRD Representative Office in Turkmenistan, the main facilitator of the meeting was Arslan Yazberdievich, Head of Harman Consulting. 27 companies and entrepreneurs of the Mary velayat received valuable information necessary for the formation of a system of work with personnel. At the end of the meeting, all those wishing to participate in the program underwent individual consultations, where everyone was able to find answers to their questions from our leading specialists. There are three more velayats ahead, and in the future, three companies will be able to receive diagnostics and valuable recommendations for the formation of the HR system of their business.
